How can I reset my password?
Visit the login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a secure reset link, valid for 24 hours.
Can I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?
Absolutely. Navigate to Account Settings → Security and enable 2FA via authenticator app or SMS. We strongly recommend enabling this for all host accounts.
How do you protect my data?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.3. We are SOC 2 Type II certified and conduct quarterly penetration testing.
Plans & Pricing
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, with prorated credits applied automatically.
